I know what it is like to feel that deep inside you, there is a dream that is longing to be birthed... but it just seems to stay stuck... just beyond reach.
I also know what it feels like to be so disconnected from my own feminine wisdom and rhythms, that I had to spend years recovering from burnout.
I spent most of the first 3 decades of my life thinking there was something inherently wrong with me. That the secret memo that everyone else seemed to have had somehow missed me. That I just didn't belong here.
And then life (and my astrology) woke me up. I started to remember: Who I was, what I'd come here to do, and I started to finally come into union with my soul.
Through my training & experience as a Professional Astrologer, and as an Embodiment and Sexuality coach, I weave together the most supportive & powerful practices to help you come home to yourself, your gifts and your truth.
As a 6/2 Reflector (Human Design) I am a natural teacher and one of the rare mirrors, who is able to show you clarity and guide you back home to your truth.
My Taurus stellium (including my sun) is a passionate lover of the feminine, the human body and sacred sensuality - and a believer that we are here to savour life - while my Sagittarius Jupiter and Pisces Ascendant will help remind you that there is always hope - no matter how many twists and turns we navigate through.

I work with women who desire to connect more deeply with their sacred feminine energy in an embodied way, and/or desire to connect more deeply with their gifts and purpose here. As a professional astrologer, I will weave in your astrology where it can be supportive to your journey - and I will always offer you an exploration of your chart and important transits as part of our onboarding. However, most of our work will be through coaching and embodiment practices - this is not a container to learn astrology, or that is mainly astrology - as this can keep us stuck in our heads, as opposed to connecting more deeply which is where the real transformation happens.
We will meet once weekly, 3 x per month at a mutually agreed time. I am based in the UK, and offer coaching on Tuesdays or Thursdays in the afternoon & early evening (mornings for US / Canada time zones).

Each person's results are highly individual and also depend on what you put into our time together - you will always get what you need from this experience. While I cannot guarantee specific results, you can expect to feel a deeper connection with your inner feminine energy, as well as a deeper sense of knowing yourself and uncovering hidden aspects/parts of yourselves. My clients generally come to a lot more self clarity through our work.
I am trained in the VITA coaching method by Layla Martin, which takes its basis & inspiration from Neo-Tantric and Daoist teachings, and a range of somatic practices. I am a Professional Astrologer who has studied with a number of teachers and schools. In my work for this coaching I draw heavily on my knowledge from studying with Venus Alchemy and The Turning of the Ages Mystery School (Daniel Gianmario). In this coaching container I draw on practices developed and integrated from 10 years+ of self-development experience and holistic study.
While many of my trainings are trauma informed, I am not a trauma specialist. I am not a pyschotherpist.
Practices will be handpicked based on your needs and coaching goals/desires.
Practices can include (but are not limited to): Body meditations & embodiment practices, simple breathwork practices, pleasure practices for your personal homeplay and at home (we don't do these in session), guided journeying and mindfulness practices.
Due to the level of commitment required for an effective coaching relationship, all payments are non refundable, and financial integrity is important. Please note there is also a minimum 3 month period required for coaching.
